Here are the cards for November. They are colorful using some un-traditional colors, some new and old stamp sets, embossing powders, new papers as well as ribbons and threads.
Also in use will be beautiful acetate papers. The glare from the acetate does not do this card justice. It is elegant , easy and will make a statement for sure. In use is the Carols of Christmas Thinlits to get some beautiful shapes highlighted with gold embossing and gold glimmer paper, gold foil and beautiful white and gold ribbon. You will be proud to send this card.
The Detailed Gate Thinlit can be very versatile by being able to use it all year round. How about a cemetery at Halloween? I can picture this as a spring garden gate. You can cut it in half and make your card open or you can cut it shorter to enhance your background. The wonderful music paper lends itself to a background while the 3-D wreath and ribbon is a welcoming factor. This is a WOW card with little effort. A Picture says a thousand words.
This card on Tranquil TIde Card stock uses the beloved Lovely as a Tree Stamp Set as well as Star of Light. the paper is embellished with silver foil and silver embossing powder. A favorite of mine , for sure.
Not enough to peak your fancy, come for Part 2 on December 3. You can actually sign up for both classes at the same time.
It is time to get your Sparkle on. Use our new foil snowflakes that are silver on one side and white on the other. Use your inks to change the white side to any color you would like to use to switch things up.
Using embossing paste and dazzling diamonds, create a beautiful snow scene. Add a beautiful background from Carols of Christmas thinlits and you have a stunning moonlit, starlight background that would make any person feel there is joy in this world. Add a little ribbon and you have adorned your card.
Probably my favorite card is the foil frame background from the Carols of Christmas Thinlit sets. Add that with a gold embossed Lovely as a Tree Stamp and boughs both top and bottom.Using a VerseMark pen and gold embossing powder, heat set to create a golden snow fall that adds to our Magical Holiday Card Making.
Last but not least, the snowflake embossing folder on silver foil is enhanced with rhinestones for that extra sparkle. Using silver embossing powder for the sentiment is embellished with a silver bough . This card is all tied together with our satin and silver ribbon.
Sign up as soon as you can. Seats will fly! Send me a personal email and be sure I confirm your reservation for AM or PM class.( 9- noon or noon to 3!
