Another Happy Watercolor!

I can not stress enough the beauty of how using water-color gives your project a great deal of softness and finish! I love the textures of the paper and how the inks run through the ripples of that paper canvas. Different hues of the same color palette take on such a different life.1507165_675442312508493_900608249_n

Supplies needed:

 STAMP SET: Happy Watercolor (133191)

INKS: Stazon Jet Black Ink (101406 ), Island Indigo (126986)

PAPERS: Whisper White (100730), Island Indigo (122923), Watercolor Wonder Designer Paper (132944), Half of a Watercolor Designer Note Card (133362), Gumball Green Designer Stack Paper (130137),

ACCESSORIES:  Envelope Liners Framelit (132172), Pear Pazazz Cheveron  Ribbon (110011), Petite Petal Punch (133322), Candy Dots (130932)

Tips for Posies: I had used the Petite Petal Punch to cut out the centers of some flowers for another project. When deciding what to have as my background for this card, I was in a quandary until I spotted the leftover paper with all these posies cut out. I decided to use this punched out paper as the focal point of this card. By adding the candy dots to the center, I made some negative spaced flowers. A different touch if I do say so myself!

Tips for “PSSST” saying in the Happy Watercolor Stamp Set: I like putting this on the front of cards and then as an occasion arises, I can stamp a more meaningful sentiment inside.
