While most people in the know about Project Life use it when creating scrapbook pages, I, on the other hand, have made so many scrapbooks, that my family has asked me to stop because they have run out of storage! Instead I use the different Project Life materials when making quick cards.
Let’s hear it for our new Alcohol inks! The new catalog was premiered last week to SU Demonstrators and I received my first Sneak Peek order yesterday. One of the products I am so excited about is the new Blendabilities Alcohol Markers.
These alcohol-based markers come in 12 Stampin’ Up! colors plus a clear blending marker set of skin-tone colors ranging from ivory to mocha and an ink pad designed to work well with the markers. Each of the 12 color sets includes three markers ranging from Continue reading Stampin’ Up Blendabilities are Coming!→
Many viewers of this card have asked me if the expressions Thinlits were available. The were available in the holiday catalog last fall and are now on the clearance rack while supplies last. They have been reduced in price from $24.95 to $14.99. Thought you might like to know! Using the neutrals of black and white is so striking and really makes a statement! Add a wonderful stamp like Blooming with Kindness, some ribbon and your card is essentially a beauty! Supplies needed: Continue reading Expression Thinlits Retired but now on the Clearance Rack→
I have loved so many of the great stampsets that are being retired. While parting is such sweet sorrow, I am looking forward to seeing what is coming in our next catalog that will be unveiled next Monday.
I will be attending a premiere with 2 other Demo Friends and can not wait to see what Stampin’ Up is adding to our new catalog. Until then however, here are a few cards made with now retiring stamps which we will soon be seeing no more. Do not forget that there is free shipping all this week!
Time for spring cleaning to make room for new stamps!
It’s sad to see some go, especially some of my favorite sets like Field Flowers and Woodgrain…but it just means new things are comin’!
This list means that it’s time for you to pull out a highlighter or post it notes, sit down with a cup of something good and highlight the things going away. Keep a Post-It nearby to tag the possible sets you might want to get before they retire officially at the end of May.
Remember that this is the first year that stamps will be “while supplies last”.
The Retiring promotion runs April 21st – June 4th The new SU Annual Catalog starts June 2nd so we will have some overlap with just the retiring products. That’s a great thing so you can compare the new catalog with the retiring list to be sure of what you need to purchase.
For the stampin’ accessories – those are the inks, papers, ribbons, designer papers, buttons, brads, etc….Some of those will be going and what doesn’t sell may end up on the clearance rack but we never really know for sure. Some of those are discounted already – you will see those on the accessories list.
