A Happy Birthday Pop-Up is one card from my Chicks and Chocolate Class today. For the front of the card, layer the printed DSP to the silver paper so that the entire 2 layers fit the front of the card. (The printed layer is off-set and reaches almost the edge of the card base.)
Place the balloons where you want them after you stamp a balloon set of strings. Make a small bow and paste accordingly.
Stamp your sentiment. Use the white paper provided and cut around it and pop up with a dimensional. Decorate your envelope.
The black card base should be folded with a bone folder. This will help line up your white inner white Pop – Up layer that is folded in half to the card base center. Your Pop-Up should be trimmed by you, 1/4” all the way around so that when you adhere it to the card base, there will be a border around it. Fold the white Pop Up in half. Place sticky tape around the sides and align it to the crease to crease in your base card
You may leave the Pop -Up white or use post it notes to mask areas you do not want to color. Adding wink of Stella or Dazzling Diamonds gold, to candles is a good idea.
Add a few balloons and squiggles to the inside as well.
